Forest-Based Cheesecake Shop Expands to River Ridge

Jessica Kercher would travel to a local farmer’s market to sell her hand-crafted cheesecakes after starting Simply Vanilla Gourmet Cheesecakes out of her home. A little more than a year ago, Kercher was able to open her first storefront in Forest.
