Part-Time Sales Associate

We are looking for a motivated and friendly Part-Time Sales Associate to join our boutique team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys fashion, loves working with people, and wants to be part of a positive, team-driven retail environment. Our associates help create an inviting shopping experience while assisting customers in finding pieces they feel confident and excited to wear.

Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest
• Assist customers with styling, product recommendations, and outfit building
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, new arrivals, and best-selling products
• Support store sales goals through attentive customer service and add-on selling
• Help maintain store appearance through merchandising and restocking
• Assist with opening and closing tasks when scheduled
• Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently
• Help fulfill online orders when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and fitting room area

Qualifications:
• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Passion for fashion and helping customers feel confident
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend availability required, especially during busy seasons and holidays
